Build and Ship times.
Feb 21, 2013 - 10:01 AMWe have been growing rather quickly over the past few years and do to the large demand for our enclosures our suggested build times are being altered again. While we understand that everyone would love to get their enclosure with in a few days, in many cases this is simply just not possible. Since we are offering custom designed and built enclosures specifically to your application, we require more time do so. We do not duplicate any design or build, we do ensure that each order works best for the application and with the goals in mind.
I am grateful for our progress and growth, but this does introduce some set backs. While we do our best to ensure our times are as short as possible, as you can imagine, with so much custom work going on we can get a bit swamped here.
Unlike other builders/designers that will rush you a design, we rather the the approach we always have, which is offering the best possible product with out any compromise to build quality. We would rather to take the time to design out the enclosure fully and then build it to ensure you are getting exactly what you requested.
With this in mind our new "time frame" for enclosures is 14 business days. This is from the date paid, to the date shipped. While many cases we will ship earlier then this, that will not be the standard for most enclosures.
